Taken together, all ten stamps in the series form a picture depicting various lucky (and unlucky) portents: the shooting star, the rainbow (with the requisite pot of gold at the end), the four-leaf clover. The stamp featuring the frog seems to be a play on "raining cats and dogs"--or not so much a "play on" as a literal interpretation of: cats and dogs are falling from the sky.
