I was a big fan of The Muppet Show as a kid, but somehow, the cachets for the Kermit the Frog stamp (Part of the Jim Henson and the Muppets series) are my least favorite. Most of them are computer-generated photos of Henson and his characters, although as always, the Collins cachet is well done, as is the one from Litte Tiger.
These cachets from Colorano are also well done, and the understated cachets--void of characters--strike a somehow elegiac tone. Perhaps we're all still mourning Jim Henson (who died in 1990) just a little:
